Today, I’m bringing you two great books. The first is The Trouble with Cowboys by one of my favorite contemporary romance writers Denise Hunter. The second is Smitten, a novella collection by authors Colleen Coble, Denise Hunter, Diann Hunt and Kristen Billerbeck. It is a FUN collection of related stories about a town in Vermont that is trying to save itself from destitution.
The Trouble with Cowboys: Annie Wilkerson is Moose Creek’s premiere horse
trainer and equine columnist for Montana Living. Money is tight as she tries to put her kid-sister through college and provide for her young nephew. When Annie’s column is cancelled, she’s given first shot at a new lovelorn column-and she can’t afford to turn it down. Only problem is . . . Annie’s never been in love. Always resourceful, she reluctantly strikes a deal with the town’s smooth-talking ladies’ man Dylan Taylor: She’ll work with his ailing horse, Braveheart, if he’ll help her answer the reader letters.
Smitten: With the local lumber mill closing, residents wonder if their town can stay afloat. Then four friends and local business owners—Natalie, Julia, Shelby, and Reese—decide the town is worth saving. How will they do it? They’ll turn Smitten into a honeymoon destination!

I was ready for Christmas until my SIL asked me to make something specific for her kids for Christmas.
Except for the cooking that I’ll be doing this weekend, I am ready for Christmas. Cards went out some time ago, gifts are wrapped, whole house decorated, all the major Christmas events done, enjoying Christmas movies in the evenings.
I am ready. God has done so many amazing things in my life this year.
Definitely ready. Though its been tough but am good to go.
Oh yes I am ready for Christmas! There’s still a lot to be done, but did all the shopping so all that’s to be done can be done at home… 🙂
I have to say, I am not ready. We moved at the beginning of November, and I am still settling in, thus Christmas preparations are a bit behind. It is coming along very well, though :)God has blessed us in many ways this year. Merry Christmas to you and yours, and thanks for putting these giveaways together.
Not feeling real Christmasy…I’ve got the flu!

I still have some shopping to do, hoping to complete it this weekend!
I love to bake, and haven’t started my baking yet..
I’m ready in my heart but not with gifts. I need to do some baking too.
Yes, I am.
I am completely ready!
Blessings!

Not quite! I still haven’t finished decorating, but I’m going to leave everything up for quite a while after Christmas so I get more of a chance to enjoy it.
I think I’ve hit that point where I’m as ready as I’m going to get. Know what I mean? We celebrated with the kids last night and will start family celebrations over the weekend. Fun times!
I am almost ready for Christmas. I still have to buy the food I plan to fix. Thanks for having the giveaway.
Nope, not yet….
Thanks for this great giveaway!
I’m ready…can’t wait to see our kids!
