Growing up I ADORED Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables series. This book felt like a vacation to the island I’ve longed to visit since the first time I read Anne of Green Gables. The pace is slow and sweet, and the redemptive thread pure. This is a great book for those who love contemporary romances that feel like a vacation.
