Writer’s Groups, Conferences, and Bookclubs
Do you have a writers group? I’ve taught at the ACFW national conference on bringing historicals to life, the writer’s toolbox, and much more. I’ve also taught in smaller, more intimate settings. I’d love to work with your writers group.
I also love talking about writing and my books with bookclubs. Are you too far away for me to join you in person? Then let’s talk about ways I can join you via Zoom or Teams. I enjoy hearing how readers interacted with my characters and stories, and answering the questions you have!

Women’s Retreats and Events
Do you run a women’s ministry at your church and need a speaker for an event or retreat? I’ve spoken at both sharing how God really sees us, who we really are as daughters of the Most High King. I also share how we can find God in those darkest times as I share how God stripped the candy-coating from my faith as I walked a road of secondary infertility and miscarriage. I also share the challenge to follow God no matter where He leads, lest our Promised Land turn into an Egypt of contentment. God is always teaching me, so the message evolves as I continue this journey with Him.
School Aged Children and Teens
It’s fun to work with students to help make fiction and writing come to life. Let’s face it: while we might not all spend the rest of our lives working with words for a living, we all need to communicate effectively. That journey can begin by showing students how they can have fun with words, and craft a short story without angst.
